Good service, friendly staff, trip went without any issues. Well organised with reminder text & email, good directions and easy check in. Felt safe and made good time.

Truly kept its promise, comfortable and good service, boat was on time. all very smooth and fine.

The ferry ride itself was good, safe, and smooth. However we had booked a later departure time which we found out the day before was cancelled. They rescheduled us for an earlier boat. Since we were coming from another location we had to leave very early. Grateful that they rescheduled us but it was a bit inconvenient.

Everything went fine : order, check-in, on-boarding, trip and arrival. The only negative points was that the clim was not set up lower enough. 27'c for a full boat is too hot.

Great service, on time, friendly staff. There was a very kind gentleman on Gili T who basically personally chaperoned us on the dock and made sure we were where we needed to be when we needed to be there. The boat itself is good, roof deck has ample space, and they play music up top and the staff will dance, cheer you up, and serve ice cold beers. 10/10 recommend.
